Batch

Bulk QR code generator

One line per code. Paste a list of links, serials or asset tags and get a labelled sheet you can print, or every code as a separate file.

  • Up to 500 codes
  • No upload
  • Labelled sheets
  • Free
Short answer

A bulk QR code generator turns a list into many codes in one pass. Paste one entry per line — optionally with a label after a comma — and every code is generated in your browser. Download them individually or as a single labelled contact sheet for printing.

Batch
Input format

One code per line, label after a comma

The simplest input is a plain list of URLs or text values:

https://example.com/asset/0001
https://example.com/asset/0002
https://example.com/asset/0003

Add a label after a comma and it is printed under the code on the sheet, which is what makes a batch usable when you come to stick them on things:

https://example.com/asset/0001, Compressor A
https://example.com/asset/0002, Compressor B
https://example.com/asset/0003, Pump 4 — plant room

Values containing a comma should be wrapped in double quotes. Blank lines are ignored.

Batch jobs

Where a list of codes beats one code

  • Asset registers. One code per item, each linking to that item's maintenance record.
  • Event tickets. One unique code per attendee, validated against a list at the door.
  • Table numbers. Each table's code carrying its own identifier so orders route correctly.
  • Product serials. Codes matching a serial range for warranty registration.
  • Classroom and library labels. One per book, box or locker.
  • Sample tracking. Lab or field samples where the label must survive without a network.

For a genuinely large job — tens of thousands of codes, or codes generated on demand as records are created — you want this in your own pipeline rather than a browser tab, using one of the open-source QR libraries available for every major language.

Questions

Frequently asked

How many codes can I generate at once?
Up to 500 per batch here, which covers most practical print jobs. Split larger lists into batches, or generate them in your own pipeline.
Can I upload a CSV file?
Paste the column contents directly — one value per line, with an optional label after a comma. That covers the same ground without an upload.
Are the codes unique?
Each code encodes exactly the line you provide, so uniqueness comes from your list. For tickets, generate unique identifiers before pasting them in.
Can I print them on label sheets?
Yes. The contact sheet is laid out in a regular grid you can scale to standard label stock, and each code can also be exported individually.
